Allures 40 for sale (English)

ALLURES 40, 2008, €235,000 TWO CABINS PLUS TECHNICAL ROOM
This Allures 40 has satisfied so well that the owner now switches to an Allures 45.9. From new, the only owner has maintained her very well. She was built 12 years ago as number 12, and left the yard at the same time as number 13. That ship is next to her in the picture above.

A logically arranged two cabin version, fully insulated hull with a spacious wet room with separate shower and toilet, a wet room cupboard and a practical technical room to starboard. A yacht of a loving owner. She has Simrad equipment, solar panels, bow thruster, kunsteak on the decks, cockpit benches and floor, and swimming platform. A robust Force Ten stove and a Heatpol diesel heater in the cosy saloon.

OCEAN VERSION
This fully equipped Allures 40 was delivered as an “Ocean” version at the time, which means that all logical options are included. This can also be seen in the sail lining: a battened mainsail (safer and more durable) with ball-bearing mast carts, furling genoa and cuttersail, lazy bag and jackets.  Furthermore there is the famous Walder Boombrake, retractable spiboom and two extra cockpit winches. For Dutch ships, an aluminium barn frame is often attached to the hull and this ship is no exception.

INTERIOR
The wood in the interior is American Cherry and the hull is fully insulated. There is a mechanical foot water pump for fresh or salt water in the kitchen (backup). A large refrigerator and lots of closet space in and around the kitchen.

Allures yachts are semi-custom built boats and this is an ideal long-distance sailor for a shorthanded crew. The sailing performance of this Allures 40 honours the reputation of both the shipyard and the architect; high average daily speeds with comfortable movements, even in rough conditions, easy sailing with a powerful sail plan and a good protective cockpit. A fine ship for both departures and long vacations. She can easily fall dry. This makes her an ideal ship for tidal areas you will encounter during your voyage, or for those who live and sail there: an ideal ship for the Wadden!

The ship can be visited in Oostmahorn.
